Hello & Welcome

Welcome to my practice. I work with individuals, couples, and families pursuing meaningful change, healing, and transformation in their lives. 

Together, we can make time for what matters most to you in a way that feels genuine, respectful, and safe. My approach uses evidence-based practices in the field of psychotherapy in support of wellness, connection with others, and self-empowerment. Warmth, safety, and self-discovery are key themes of how I practice. Sessions should be a place where you're empowered to be yourself, speak your truth, and be supported.
